My philosophy comes from a deep reflection of what I know through player formation, training and competition. These three aspects always combine into one idea or another depending on the philosophy applied.
Having worked in all categories of football, starting from the basic, gives a coach a series of values ​​and experiences that enrich the football professional.
Collaborative work is a fundamental part of seeing and tackling the profession. Being in constant contact with football coaches, physicians, physiotherapists and rest of the technical staff is part of the coach's day to day. The unity and respect within the locker room, the great working climate with all the areas of the institution is fundamental since these efforts are directed towards working in collaboration.
For improvement of the individual or the group (Vertically, horizontally, of proximity), I believe that when the individual improves the team improves, and in that way the one on one guidance of the head coach improves the motivation, self-esteem and energy of the execution of resources. (charisma and the closeness to the player).
The group has to have unbreakable principles and values ​​without diminishing or removing personality from the individual, on the contrary, it has to strengthen its differences with the other.
